  It is good to know that I have an agent who cares about my needs. And he made sure we had what we needed for our protection. Professional and down to earth which made me feel even better about switching my coverage

  Can’t take people at the word, no matter where you meet them. I have had issues with my insurance since the day I enrolled. Now months later trying to speak with someone about my issues is next to impossible because the phones are barely answered. I’ve called over 15 times and have spoken to someone ONCE. When I show up to the office no one is on site during posted business hours or scheduled meeting times. I addressed an issue during that one call which I spoke to the owner and was told a form was going to be sent. But now im not able to work my side job because the form was never sent and here I am again on hunt to find out when someone who can actually do the job they say they provide.

  I started using this agency when John Palmer owned it for about 12 years. Everyone was helpful and polite. New policies, changes and cancellations were never a problem. Excellent customer service. Recently I moved out of state. I tried cancelling policies but was told twice I had to email them to do it. The agent on the phone was completely rude. When I told her I had done it before she told me "well, the agency has been sold this is our policy." After hanging up I called Allstate directly and had the old policies cancelled and the new ones in place in about an hour. Terrible customer service.
