  Tom was great in helping me get the process finished for both home and auto insurance policies. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the original application from another agent was not correct due to her not asking me all the questions to get the information in correctly. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the support through the process.

  After my auto insurance almost doubled, I call the office to talk about it. It was difficult to get anyone on the phone. Once I did they werent able to answer any questions. Twice they told me they'd call me back shortly with an answer in just a few minutes. They never called & still haven't. I even emailed Chris directly. No response. The next morning i called the coorporate line and canceled my policy. An hr later I had Geico insurance. I dont appreciate being lied to, given the run around and ignored by my agent!
