First and foremost, why would I want to deal with an agent with multiple locations and NONE close by where I can drop into the office to do business? An agent who is everywhere but available? Secondly, in my dealings with Allstate in the past, I ended up filing a formal complaint with the NC Dept of Ins, which I won! Ask me about Allstate and I will say "STAY AWAY."

I emailed them to ask why and never received a response. I shopped around and was able to save hundreds.... i think at this point you just gotta shop around every time your term is up. Big pita but the only true way to make sure you're getting the best deal.
