My car got vandalized and broken into a few months ago and from day 1 James Stepp and Natalie Merante were with me at every step. The ball was dropped on the dealership side and a bit in the claims department but the staff at Dakota Andrews SF corrected everyone's mistake and kept communication, and transparency with me the entire time. They were even able to get me back in my car earlier than scheduled which was the best part in the entire process. God bless James, Natalie, and everyone on staff there.
