    $66 premium increase in 1 years on a vehicle that's nearly 9 years old. Had a rear glass replacement done in May of 2025. First time ever having this issue where something flies off the road and breaks my rear glass. I called and was set up with Safelite in my city. After having the glass replaced, I noticed the wavy lines in the glass. I called Allstate who then referred me to a different department who then called me back and then told me to contact Safelite so they could replace the glass. I rescheduled. As I sat and wait again on a replacement, it is taking a very long time as it did the first time. Come to find out, Safelite doesn't even have the right equipment to replace a rear glass. When I say rear glass I am saying the opposite of what your windshield is. I asked the service technician what was going on and the information I was given was that they would need to order clips but that they just used glue instead. When they brought my car around front, I noticed glue, scratches, the rear fin was still loose because clips were not used, among other things. I contacted Allstate again. I received a phone call from what seemed to be all state but it was another party involved speaking on behalf of Safelite and that I would receive a phone call from the specific location manager. Fast forward, it is now April of 2026 and I still have a vehicle that was never fixed properly, still has wavy glass, scratches, glue, and no clips to accurately secure where the rear fin is put together. Overall, I used to be happy with my agent and the company overall but not anymore. As a matter of fact, I am glad I received this survey because I hope that the right people see it and the problem can be rectified. Everything is about money and nothing is about you. Premiums go up even though your car gets older and older along with no accidents and no reason other than the insurance companies get what they want and that's more money granted to them out of our pockets on something that has depreciated so much that it's basically worthless at this point at nearly 9 years old. I look forward to a response from the Chris Just agency or Allstate in general.

    WOW!!! Mr. Dent represented well today, informed me he was in sales but took his time to help me with Drivewise, And paying a premium in full. You could sense he cared through the phone and was conscientious about helping me, he thanked me and said he was happy to be of assistance!!!! Allstate, I was in Good Hands this morning !!!!!!

    Where do I even begin. Allstate has been the worst decision I’ve ever made. On March 23, I called specifically to cancel my father’s policy. I was told by the representative, Candace Roper, that I couldn’t cancel over the phone and that I had to send an email with the policy information and the cancellation effective date, and that doing so would guarantee my policy would be properly canceled. So I did exactly that. And what did I get in return? Absolutely nothing. No response. No confirmation. No communication whatsoever. I followed the exact instructions I was given, and I was completely ignored. I even sent a follow-up email, hoping someone would finally do their job, again, nothing. Then today, out of nowhere, I receive a large bill. I call to figure out what’s going on, only to find out that the policy was never canceled at all. So not only was I misled, but the person I spoke to failed to do the one thing I was told she would take care of. This is beyond frustrating, it’s unacceptable. I did everything required of me, and due to negligence on their end, I’m now dealing with unnecessary stress. At the end of the day, this has been an incredibly disappointing experience. I would strongly caution anyone from trusting what they’re told, because clearly, they do not follow through on their own promises. With Allstate, you are not in good hands

    Tom Lail did a great job breaking down my new policy and getting me the best coverage with a lower monthly payment! I thought it would be a hassle to switch coverage but Allstate took care of switching my homeowners and auto policy, I wish I did this sooner to save more!
