  I had the unfortunate experience of talking to a rude and nasty young man today at this agency in Gastonia. He spoke rudely and when I asked to speak to his superior, he said they have none so “no”. Clearly, this guy has no business answering the phones or dealing with the public. His pompous, overly privileged attitude reflects a person who thinks that because Allstate Insurance is an established business, he has no responsibility to provide good customer service. This matter started when I learned that a vehicle I no longer owned was insured by Allstate despite having insurance under a business policy because it was never a personal vehicle. Someone how I was forced to this office when my previous Allstate agent retired. I guess this office could not build their own customer base (no I see why) so I was moved to this office. I will be filing a complaint with the State Insurance Office because this ignorant boy they have answering the phone stated that’s the only office that could removed the review the error that I believe he made.

  They are the nicest people to work with you. They go beyond the job to help you out. I have been with Allstate Insurance for 37 years and would not chance.Give them a try and you will see what I am talking about.

  Allstate in general as a whole is amazing!! I love and believe in their product 100%. This agency specifically I do not like at all. The owner chose to impose on my personal life as well as my marriage which is beyond the code of ethics as an owner of such a great company. I asked repeatedly for the owner to refrain from imposing, to which she refused. I strongly recommend a different agency to anyone who are in contact with this specific agency. I also don’t like that when I called Allstate corporate to make them aware of the situation, they seemed to not care and “brush it under the rug”.
