  The folks at the Bullard, Maynor, and Egan Allstate office have been a joy and pleasure to work with. Every request I have made has been courteous, professional, and expediently handled. I recently made an out-of-state transition to North Carolina; Kathy and Elizabeth made the transfer of insurance policies seamless and easy. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for an insurance agency that will treat you well with outstanding customer service and competitive rates.

  Office full of idiots. Happy to take your money. Happy to pay out and raise your rates even though adjuster said "the other party is obviously at fault and "looks like fraud". It's just easier for them to pay. Their "estimate" was off by 40%. Got better treatment from insurance company's that represented "other party". Made me pay $500 deductible even though other party at fault, said would refund over 2 years ago. Still no refund. Their a DEN OF THEIFS.

  Love this office, they are all very friendly and helpful. We have been with them for several years now and they never fail us. They go the extra mile to make things easier for you, from emailing documents to save you a trip to offering you to make payments each week so it's not so much at once. Thank you all for being patient with me and all our changes in vehicles!
