  We have been members of Allstate insurance here for years. When our insurance went up we started to call around for quotes and soon realized we were paying a premium compared to others. While switching the front desk woman, Yvonne, said we would have to pay $155 to get out of our 6 month premium which we were fine with because in the long run we would be saving money. Although, she could not take payment. She said D’wayne would have to call us back. We have heard that time after time. I’m not sure what D’wayne Lee has going on in life but he RARELY calls back. It would be excuse after excuse. Also, it was reported to a credit collection… not sure how they could report something when it was his negligence to call me back. You cannot keep a good business when you are not in office. The front desk lady is sweet but very unqualified. Response to below: Were we suppose to pay over email? I understood the cause of the $155. It was the fact I was never called back in order to pay it. Also, the email was not sent to me. Must have been my husbands email because I check mine and see nothing. Regardless, we were owed a call back… that is customer service. Yvonne took down several messages from us and we were never responded to.

  Dewayne Lee and his crew are exceptional. I have been a customer for years and have always felt I was "In good hands." They have been able to respond quickly to items needing addressed, and did so in a professional manner. They also are friendly and attentive for when I have questions or concerns. I recommend them to anyone looking for coverage of various insurance needs.
