He never tries to rush me off of the phone, and always makes sure I understand all of the options available. One time, he even directed me to a different insurance company in order to get the proper insurance for the best rate instead of just trying to make money off of me. I couldn't be happier with his service and professionalism. I would 100% recommend making him your insurance agent.
