I lived in North Carolina for many years before relocating to Washington DC. Although, DC was good to me NC is my home. I am a proud uncle to my 4 year old nephew “JT” and I look forward to helping him to grow into a strong young man. I’m thrilled to be back in the state that has welcomed me and my family. I started my insurance career in 1997 and opened my Allstate agency in 2020. I love working with customers and helping them with their insurance and financial needs.

    Beware of Poor Customer Service!! I initially had a great experience with Dimetrius at Allstate in 2024—helpful and professional. However, when my renewal premium increased by $211, I called to discuss options. Dimetrius was extremely rude, overtalked me, and raised his voice, making it impossible to communicate. This behavior is unacceptable for any business. I canceled my policy immediately and switched providers. Customers deserve respect and transparency.

    They are very professional and have AMAZING customer services skills! Helped me with everything I needed in a swiftly but helpful time, and especially one associate Mikayla, she was very sweet and very thoughtful!
