  I would like to thank the team at Daniele Termini Allstate Insurance for their excellent service. From the very beginning, they provided professional, clear, and friendly assistance. Initially, I was looking for the best option to insure my 16-year-old son, since adding him to my current policy was extremely expensive. During that process, I came across their team, who not only offered much more competitive pricing but also guided me clearly and transparently every step of the way. Their level of professionalism, customer care, and commitment truly stands out. Because of the great experience I had, I’ve decided to move all my policies over to them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for auto, home, or business insurance. I’m very happy with the service!

  I found Daniele Termini to be extremely helpful and diligent in my efforts to bundle my auto and home insurance policies. He took the time to review in detail the various options available to find savings for each of these policies as we had just recently relocated from PA to NC. There were important nuances to understand comparing requirements in NC to those in PA. I much appreciated his diligence and patience in getting me the answers I needed to make an informed final decision.

  I would not ever deal with them again they told me my insurance would be 98 a month and it never was it was 117 or something like that and the debited out my card bank card and then send me $28 late fees two or three months in a row saying I didn't make the payment I do not understand that when they take it right out my card then they want me to pay an extra $121 for one month this December and 117 the same month and I don't know no back they are trying to bleed me dry that's what I think about Allstate I've been lied to the whole time I've been with them
