  Let me tell yall something!! Direct Auto in Dunn saved me today. I switched from State Farm after some severe issues. I was insured and covered within 20 minutes! The entire offices personality was amazing. The gentlemen who helped me, superb, amazing, awesome! I highly suggest switching to this office. Amazing customer service. Extremely fast, efficient, excellent customer service. I cannot explain how much these people helped me today.

  They are scam artist, i came in November to get two policy's one for my jeep and one for my motorcycle paid over 1500 dollars. I thought I was getting a 12 month premium like me and the lady that sits on the right talked about but apparently she gave me a 4 month policy and didnt even give me full coverage. I own both of these vehicles and theyre older a 2012 and a 05 Now im being told there is nothing they can do about it but keep my money. I will be getting a lawyer even if it cost me more then what its worth, you cant rip people off like this an get away with it.
