  I had such a wonderful experience working with Latoya Cameron. From March 28th up until now, she has been so patient, kind, and helpful every single time I spoke with her. She took her time to explain everything to me, made sure I understood the process, and never made me feel like I was a bother. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares about helping people, but you can tell she genuinely loves what she does. Every time I called, she was professional, warm, and always willing to go the extra mile for me. Because of her, this whole experience was smooth and stress-free.   Let me tell yall something!! Direct Auto in Dunn saved me today. I switched from State Farm after some severe issues. I was insured and covered within 20 minutes! The entire offices personality was amazing. The gentlemen who helped me, superb, amazing, awesome! I highly suggest switching to this office. Amazing customer service. Extremely fast, efficient, excellent customer service. I cannot explain how much these people helped me today.
