  Very unresponsive to both calls and emails, poor communication for changes, and skyrocketing rates. Do yourself a favor and shop around.

  I moved to Denver NC over 21 months ago. I had to transfer existing and/or purchase new policies from Allstate. I reached out to Renee’s agency and they were extremely competent and accommodating. I was able to conduct all my business over the phone without having to go into the office. I made it a point to go into the office to meet with Renee and Mindy to express my appreciation of their efficient professionalism in handling my insurance affairs.
