  I moved to Denver NC over 21 months ago. I had to transfer existing and/or purchase new policies from Allstate. I reached out to Renee’s agency and they were extremely competent and accommodating. I was able to conduct all my business over the phone without having to go into the office. I made it a point to go into the office to meet with Renee and Mindy to express my appreciation of their efficient professionalism in handling my insurance affairs.

  Any time I need to communicate with Renee Brooks and any of her office support staff it is always a positive Interaction! They are able to answer all of my questions, give me guidance on what’s best for my insurance needs, all while also suggesting ways for me to save my money and time. I know we’re in Good Hands with our Allstate team. Great positive, resolution oriented group.
