DETRA Campbell promptly responded to my email and contacted me with my various options! She also went over and above and reviewed my current policies for both home and automobile coverage! Her understanding of this business and polite demeanor made this a very informative and positive experience! I was not only able to obtain the information I needed but also was educated on my current policies! I made several small changes to my insurance coverage as a result! People like DETRA are the reason I have been with Allstate for 40 years!!
