- JJJessie JohnsonFeb 11, 20221.0I have three policies with this agency for over 10 years. When I needed another policy, I contacted them without even thinking. I called them in mid-January. The lady who answered the call was rude. She was also very impatient when I had questions about the coverage. She did not ask me for any detailed information about the property. All she wanted was the property address. She said Mr. Rock would send me a quote. I never got any quote from this agency after that phone call. Today I received a bill from Allstate saying that the policy was effective on 1/24 and I owe them a payment. It was shocking and upsetting to receive a bill before someone reviewed the coverage with me or I even committed to the policy. I have gone with another insurance company for the new policy I needed. I am also going to switch all my current policies to another company.
