- TITrenton IngrimSep 16, 20253.0Frustrating Experience After 20+ Years with Allstate But Anne resolved quickly. 5+ starts for Anne, but processes at office can be a little off as I was not informed of the cancellation of my home owner's policy until being told I needed an overnight check (for a home closing 2.5 months prior) or it would be canceled. Anne did Herculean efforts to get everything back on track. Connecting with my mortgage company and even capturing an issue with the home insurance from the prior home we sold. Anne was great! But I am unimpressed with the rest of the office that never informed me of issues (supposedly lost/never cashed check by closing company) until it was critical. Furthermore, the call from another office representative telling of the issue was not handled with any form of tact or empathy.

They helped me choose coverage that did not completely break the bank, but also gave me the peace of mine that we were covered, if something were to happen.
