One was a total loss and the assistance i received was great. The process was easy and it surprised me that the time it took to complete the claim was not long at all. The second claim was just body work and within a day I was provided with a rental car and the work on my truck started immediately. I really enjoy the communication that I have with anyone when I call and they are always and have been very nice and professional.

The quotes I got from other insurance companies were basically the price equivalent of them telling me do not get our insurance, MORE than double what I pay here for less coverage than what Russ offers. Five years riding with no accidents or tickets, absolutely ridiculous. The customer service with Russ insurance is fantastic. I heard back from them within minutes any time I had a question. We got my insurance set up in maybe 45 minutes. Russ insurance helped take an immense financial burden off me, thank you guys!
