  Cortney Gray better be wearing a cape when she reads this, because she is absolutely our hero. Like everything else these days, our insurance rates were climbing higher than Willie on the 20th. We had been with the same company for ten years, and every time I called, the agent would shuffle things around in our bundled home and auto policy to knock off a couple hundred bucks, just enough to keep me quiet for a bit. But the last increase pushed our insurance payment higher than our mortgage. That was my breaking point. So I started calling around for quotes. I left messages, waited, and heard nothing. Then, out of nowhere, I got a flyer in the mail basically saying, “Hey, you’re probably paying too much. Give us a call.” They were not wrong. Now I will be honest. Insurance talk makes my brain melt. I always feel like I am missing half the vocabulary, which turns me into a nervous, rambling mess who ends the call more confused than when I started. Not this time. Cortney took the time to walk me through everything in plain English without ever making me feel like an idiot. She was patient, incredibly knowledgeable, and answered every single one of my questions, which added up to about an hour’s worth. And when the dust settled, she saved us $8,500 a year on our home and auto bundle. Yeah. You read that right. If you are currently with Liberty Mutual, do yourself a favor and have your policy reviewed. $8,500 is not pocket change. That is a real, actual vacation.   I callled today for a policy renewal issue, and spoke with Sarah who immediately got to work with us to resolve our concerns , and did so very quickly and professionally . Sarah always gets the job done, puts 110% in for anything that we need, happily and friendly every time.   When we first moved to North Carolina into our new home of course we needed an Insurer. I got quotes from 4 different companies and Allstate made the most sense coverage wise and cost wise. Today I had a scheduled call to go over my home and auto insurance to see if we could save more money. I spoke with Sarah Baker at John Rose Insurance.
