  I give Jaila and Josephine 10 starts if I could. We needed insurance for a not so simple situation and last minute, they were responsive to help, emailed me everything I needed, and even correspondent with outside vendors we worked with that were assisting us! They absolutely went above and beyond.

  Called Jaila Dickerson about an auto inquiry but never received a return call from her. Even though I left a message for her to respond. Substandard to say the least! Would not recommend this business.

  Allstate continues to be very accommodating, and it is noticed that Allstate always stays current on my well-being and insurance requirements.
