Of all the agents that I worked with, my experience with Melanie Stone and her team, especially Roxie Elliott, has been by far…ABOVE all others. She and her team set the bar on super fast response times to questions and are very knowledgeable. They explain things in a way to help you better understand vs getting lost on all the insurance terms associated with a policy. They also take the time to get to know you as well as help you navigate through any insurance related scenarios/situations that might come up vs having to talk with someone in a call center. In closing, I highly recommend giving them a call / setting an appointment to get one of the best customer experiences out there for your insurance needs. Thanks! KCG
