I’ve sent multiple requests in emails sent by Allstate to schedule a time to speak with Gerald regarding my policy. In the five times I’ve sent these requests with specific dates and times, I’ve never received a call, voicemail or email. Don’t waste your time with Allstate or this provider.

I am with this Agency since October 2022 and I joined them after leaving an insurance provider with whom I had multiple policies for over 20 years. With this agency I am saving a good amount in premium for the same multiple cars and home insurance. I finalized my new agency 1st time in more than 20 years after a lot of comparison of premium and benefits of several other providers in the market.
