  Ms Scott was very nice and had very good customer service.. answered all my questions and made me feel good about my decision with auto coverage today.. she even fix a mistake that was made to get me a better price, she even helped me out with something for me to do at my job to get my store scores up… she was awesome and genuine She the best and I’m not the only one to feel this way i know I seen plenty other reviews with Ms.Scott name……..

  I’ve had the pleasure of working with both Elizabeth and Jenny at Direct Auto Insurance on different occasions, and each time was a standout experience. Elizabeth helped me sort out my initial policy, and she made everything clear and stress-free. Later on, when I needed some adjustments, Jenny took great care of me, going above and beyond to get me the best options. Both are fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and truly focused on helping. If you visit this location ask for these ladies! You will be in good hands.

  Pleasant talk with Ms. Smith. Although I did not get insurance with the company, she did inform me of some information that I was unaware of regarding my current insurance company. I appreciate her, trying her best to save me money, but through all efforts I would have still paid the same amount, but I do appreciate her trying and her taking the time.
