Not only was he kind and explained everything to me, but he was super understanding of me being a parent and money being tight. He didn't make me feel like I had to do it his way or the highway. Instead, he gave me options that fit my needs and explained the benefits for both. This guy is wonderful; he needs some form of a raise or at least to teach others the art of understanding the client in customer service.
