- TTTOct 20, 20255.0I had a great experience working with Benjamin. I had home insurance with another company and Benjamin quoted me something comparable in coverage but slightly less expensive. When I called him, I verbally accepted his quote, but that's when he started asking deeper questions about what exactly I am liable for (townhouse with an HOA that has it's own master insurance policy). After doing a lot of digging, he discovered that it turns out I had the wrong type of policy - the HOA insurance covers the roof, exterior, and some of the interior, so I don't need as much coverage as I was paying for with the previous company. He clearly and patiently explained the difference in policies and ended up saving me a ton of money while also making sure I have the coverage I need. Highly recommend!

I had the most insanely frustrating experience dealing with her on the phone once when I was wanting to get in touch with our agent. It honestly would have been easier working with a robot. She was as far to the opposite of helpful as an individual could get. I don’t know how she is employed there!?

I'm not sure about all of these negative reviews, all I know is that when me and my Fiance first came in to work with Benjamin he gave us an excellent rate (better then the call center) and better than Geico. He was super friendly, and personable, (loved his dog Miles!), And I would definitely recommend him again. It was an absolute pleasure working with him!
