  State Farm keeps me up-to-date on all changes to my insurance policies prior to them happening. Example I was just contacted to let me know my premium had gone down. Woo hoo. I recommend them to others for their prompt attendance and ease of contact.

  Ena is awesome,, at customer service and knowledgeable with products. I switched insurance company after so many years being there. I was frustrated with my previous company and felt I was a bothersome to them. Ena answered all my questions and concerns without rushing me. Thank you!

  I have been with State Farm before and now coming back. I have NEVER had service like this firm. Stephanie is the best she explained everything in detail. She asked what my needs were for cost effectiveness to make sure my plan was right for me and my budget.

  I have been away from Statefarm for about 6-7 years(pun intended), just cost too much and customer service was lacking back then! The I found these folks and they are amazing! Clear, concise and transparent, answered all of my questions, which were a ton and then asked me questions that I didn’t know to ask! This is the ONLY Statefarm agency to go to in CHARLOTTE. BTW ask for Stephanie she is amazing and great at what she does! She knows her stuff and will get you the best possible deal. I didn’t get to meet the others there but I did meet Ena, very polite and knowledgeable as well. There is something in the water at that office, it’s a one stop shop for me and my family! I am insuring a 16 year old male driver and Statefarm was the cheapest, FYI!

  I had a great experience with my call today with Ena she answered my call and patiently helped me find the best fit of car insurance for me at the absolute best rate ! She sat with me and worked with me for a few hours! She answered all my questions and helped ease my mind to the best of her ability. I strongly recommend going to her for a insurance policy
