  The absolute worst agent, Karla and the worst agency I've ever dealt with. The Dept of Ins should shut them down. Their favorite response is "I don't know"

  Honestly was very pleased until I needed to take my car off the road in July. I explained to the woman it was temporary while I took care of some things with the vehicle. I didn't see the point in paying for a car that wasn't even on the road, plates turned in and everything. Told the woman I would return to their company soon as I could. What she failed to tell me, was that it would be considered a lapse in coverage, and they would not take me back as a customer when I called back 4 months later ready to put my car back on the road. Huge problem for me now.

  I left a company that put me into a lapse and would not own up to it. I was left with paying a fee and having a lapse of coverage on my record due to these unprofessional people. When I spoke with Nicole, she got working on my behalf and had my account setup the same day. She handled all my background work and got me better rates than I had previously even with the lapse. I’ve been also working with Kathy. She’s very professional as well. Answers or responds right away with any questions or concerns that I may have. Although I was upset then, I’m now grateful for that company dropped me otherwise I wouldn’t be in Good Hands with Allstate.
