  I received a solicitation in the mail advising me my estimated annual premium for homeowners is $904.00. I called to obtain a quote based off of that. I was told I would be receiving a call in 15 minutes with a follow up. I waited 4 days. I called and I'm being told the quote is over $1,600. This is more than what I'm currently paying with Allstate. I think it's silly to send out unrealistic estimated premiums if you didn't plan on honoring the quote. I have it 2 stars as the lady I spoke to was very nice.

  Ben made me feel like a high valued customer. He gave me round the clock high class customer service. Never in my life will I go to any other insurance agency, everyone else on the Eastern seaboard is trying to take me for every penny I’m worth. I will not be taken to the cleaners EVER again. Thank you, Ben. I recommend everyone goes here.

  I FELT BEN REECE ALLSTATE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A 65 YEAR OLD VETRAN. I WAS PAYING FOR 2 CARS FOR $205.23. I TALKED TO BEN AND HE SAID EVERYONE CAR INSURANCE WENT UP. BUT WHAT ABOUT MY SENIOR DISCOUNT I DID NOT GET ONE. SO I CANCEL MY INSURANCE 0N THE 5TH DAY OF THE MONTH AND I JUST PAID MY $205.23 ON THE FIRST 4 DAYS AGO AND GOT A REFUND FOR ABOUT $10.OO. SWICTH TO PROGRESSIVE AND PAYING $73.00 A MONTH COMPARE TO $205.23 FOR THE SAME EXACT SAME AUTO COVERAGE. NOW I AM GOING TO SWITCH MY HOME OWERS POLICY REAL SOON.

  I have been trying to get in touch with the person in charge of my claim and he/she will not even call me back when I haved tried for over 2 months. What a joke ALLSTATE is.
