    Ned is such a wonderful soul. He's got a great energy and is incredibly eager to help. I look forward to a lifetime of working with Ned and his agency. I left USAA for Ned! That's how great he is.

    Shocked at how rude Lyric was on the phone. I pay a ton in coverage, asked about a discount for teens who took defensive driving certification and she acted like I was crazy (when an agent told me 6 months ago that if we took the class, to present the certificate for a discount). From the same agency, another agency recommended taking a class to get a discount. Lyric couldn’t care less that I was asking about this and I have a renters policy, home owner policy, business policy, property policy and two cars insured with Allstate. One would think being their loyal customer for 15 years would matter. She was condescending and at one point while I waited patiently for her to finish what she as saying, she suddenly stopped talking and said “she hung up on me” to someone at the office. I said, “no, I did not hang up, I was wait for you to finish without interrupting”. She basically told me I could take my business elsewhere. Review the phone call- I’m sure it’s enlightening. I’ll be looking for coverage for ALL my policies elsewhere.

    We have been dealing with this agency for over 20 years and see no reason why we should think of going elsewhere. We had a claim a few years ago and it was handled very smoothly. Service is always polite and friendly and effectient. Highly recommended.
