- MGMichele GrimaldoFeb 10, 20261.0I would not use this allstate office, the man, who said his name was "John" and would not give me his last name which tells you he knew he was being rude. He wouldnt tell me if he was a licensed agent either. He was so rude and wouldnt tell me what he needed or what I needed to do with my moms policy since she had recently passed. Not only is this a hard emotional time, having to deal with someone so mean is so wrong. Each time, I asked a question he would interrupt me and tell me to let him speak even though he was done speaking and each time never gave me an answer to my question. I just was asking what to do next, if the car would be covered, if we needed to be put on one of our insurance policies right away. If you want good customer insurance, I would go to a different office.

I pay a ton in coverage, asked about a discount for teens who took defensive driving certification and she acted like I was crazy (when an agent told me 6 months ago that if we took the class, to present the certificate for a discount). From the same agency, another agency recommended taking a class to get a discount. Lyric couldn’t care less that I was asking about this and I have a renters policy, home owner policy, business policy, property policy and two cars insured with Allstate. One would think being their loyal customer for 15 years would matter. She was condescending and at one point while I waited patiently for her to finish what she as saying, she suddenly stopped talking and said “she hung up on me” to someone at the office. I said, “no, I did not hang up, I was wait for you to finish without interrupting”. She basically told me I could take my business elsewhere. Review the phone call- I’m sure it’s enlightening. I’ll be looking for coverage for ALL my policies elsewhere.
