  We have only been with this agent for a few months now and they have been absolutely wonderful to deal with. They never make you feel like your just another number here, last week my Jeep was hit in a parking lot, we found the damage afterwards with no witness or reports to go off of. We called Mr. Dangerfield on Monday and he recommended us gathering an estimate on the damages before filing a claim since it was such a small spot to see if it was cheaper to cover out of pocket than rather paying our $500 deductible. He was courteous, kind, and walked us through a process we've never been through before. He answered all of our questions, and even made a recommendation on a local shop who met our criteria of being Mopar certified. This was a much better experience than our last company who had us without a vehicle for months and when it was returned looked even worse than when it went in. I highly recommend Mr. Dangerfield and his agency for any insurance needs!
