  Heather is awesome! She gave me detailed instructions about how to return tags when we left North Carolina and explained the consequences of not properly returning tags - the legal ramifications of this following you the next year that could mean fines or worse interfering with insurance and perhaps legal trouble. She even told me the details of best way to mail them back, supplied the DMV Form and if possible to receive a refund for paid registration fees that were not used. Can't say enough good things about her - she's so knowledgeable, helpful, and she returns your call! That's rare these days!

  They have always been very polite and responsive to my questions and requests. I've never had to file a claim but I feel like they would do everything possible to help.
