I was in the process of signing up with a different office when I met Barbara a couple years ago. She was so gracious and down to earth and I thought one day I'm going to be their client. And I have finally signed up with better coverage at less cost. Shane patiently ushered me through the set up explaining everything in detail and offering honest support and advice and I never once felt I was being pushed to sign up for something I did not need. And I am very satisfied with the results. Going in there now feels like I'm entering a neighborhood hangout.where everybody knows your name and they're happy to see you. And after the difficulties I've encountered in other places in the past what a wonderful feeling that is.
