- KBKerbie BerggrenDec 4, 20251.0I love my local agency and the folks that work there, but overall I am very disappointed with Allstate. I feel as if I was shafted after Hurricane Helene. I have been a customer for 28 years and was NOT given what we feel Allstate should have done. Our adjuster that came to our house left Allstate about a Month after her coming to our house. Never heard from a new one. If I could change companies I probably Would.

Not even sure if Terry works at this office. 7 visit and no follow up. Also if you swich insurance they dont send you a final bill in the mail they just send you to debt collector. Great way to treat your customers. Was with allstate for over 10 years. Might as well have set my money on fire. Run away!
