  Whenever we need them we can always get in touch with them by phone, email, or person to person. Their agents work diligently in getting back to us to answer any questions or concerns that we may have. Allstate was great to have. A few years ago we were out of town and had a minor accident. We called our Allstate agent and they went to work right away to handle the claim. We were sure glad, and at ease that we didn't have to come home to have them help us. They made us feel comfortable to enjoy our our trip!

  I have been a client of the Shytle Agency since Bill assumed responsibilities from the previous owner several years ago. I established my relationship with Allstate's Home and Auto coverage more than 25 years ago remaining extremely satisfied. The entire Shytle team supports with a positive, integrity based attitude whether it relates to a claim, change of coverage, or proactive advice.While certainly making their own decisions, both of my adult children have followed in my "insurance agency of choice footsteps" for their home and auto. Why not....when they have seen their father satisfied for so long? Recently, I noticed I had dropped the ball and not removed coverage for an auto beyond the standard change of coverage period. Johnathan Tate a long term Shytle team member went to bat for me at the corporate level. With Corporate personnel's assistance they straightened out the entire issue, reimbursing me for all surplus funds paid. Service doesn't get any better than that and I don't believe you will find an agency better than the Shytle Agency.
