  I had an appointment with Blake, the owner of the agency, to discuss my current coverage. I had been trying to reach my current agent for 4 weeks with no avail. Sometime ago, I had been in the field for 21+ years and was very impressed by Blake’s knowledge and the ability to suggest plans that would be beneficial to my needs and that would work well with my secondary plan, Tri Care for Life. Come to find out I was paying for duplicate coverage; he was extremely knowledgeable how both coverages worked together. Blake care's what is beneficial to his clients rather than just making a sale. Being relatively new to the area I needed recommendations for a couple of doctors; he was more than happy to assist with this. If you are looking for a health insurance agent especially dealing with Medicare and more Blake is definitely your agent. He’ll take whatever time is necessary in order for you to understand, make the right choices for your situations; when you leave he has answered all questions.   Blake, at Trustinsure, who handled my enrollment into a Medicare Advantage plan was professional, patient. He answered my questions capably and in sufficient detail to ensure that I thoroughly understood each item we were discussing. I was comfortable with his explanations; he was well versed on any topic I asked him about.   Blake was very professional and clearly explained not only options in coverage but helped me understand the nuts and bolts of how Medicare works in general, answering all questions I had. His side by side and point by point computer comparisons of various options was very effective. His guidance, listening to my needs, made my decision a comfortable and satisfied one. I would highly recommend.
