- MBMichael BlueJan 28, 20265.0Part 1 (for all intended purposes): Misti Svoboda and Nathan Anslow offer the best insurance service in town. Professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. If you’re looking for great coverage at a great rate, this is the office to visit. Part 2 (for those interested in my personal experience): I walked into the office at 2809 Connery Way, Suite A, Missoula, MT 59808 and was greeted immediately by Nathan. Old-school style — he stood up, walked out from behind reception, and shook my hand like a true gentleman. My first thought was: where is Home Depot at when they’re scouting for their next lumber commercial? The guy looks like he was born in the woods and the only book he ever had to read was Paul Bunyan. And honestly, when someone clearly takes care of their physical and mental health the way Nathan does, you have to assume that kind of discipline carries over into how they do their job and take care of their clients. How could you not want to do business with someone like that? After the handshake, he invited me into his office and asked what he could help me with. I came in to fine-tune and bundle my auto and home insurance. That’s when Nathan’s true talents really showed. He pulled up my policy and turned into the insurance version of Kevin O’Connor from This Old House — flipping my coverage upside down and inside out to customize it perfectly to fit my needs. Before finalizing everything, he brought Misti in to review the changes and make sure nothing was missed. Misti gave off every Julia Roberts movie character vibe you could think of… but somehow even prettier. (Subjective statement, I know — but you’ll have to take my word for it.) She asked a few questions, confirmed a few details, and bam — I had insurance that actually fit my lifestyle at the best rate in town. And I’d also like to think I gained two friends by the end of the visit.
