- EFErin FerrieFeb 19, 20252.0Everytime I call they refused to speak to me in person. They have someone ask why I'm calling and then they email me what they feel is the answer. I had more than that one question and wanted things clarified. But she refused to speak to me and only replys to me by text. I plan on getting a new state farm office once my 6 months is up. If you want a personal relationship and to be able to reach a live person to talk to, these guys aren't it.

We called Daniel's office right away to let them know what happened. Ginnell immediately went into action filing a claim for us, instructing us on next steps, etc. All of those things impressed us (especially the speed and efficiency), but we were most impressed with Ginnell, who clearly stayed after normal business hours to make sure we were taken care of. We can't say enough about the excellent service of this agency!
