  Pretty disappointing experience, especially after being highly recommended by my boyfriend. I reached out a month ago for a general liability insurance policy and a workman’s comp policy. My general liability policy came back quickly and was pretty comparable to others. Sara said she was having troubles getting my workman’s comp quote to quote as one versus residential and then commercial, so I told her we have some time my policy expires mid April. I didn’t hear anything for a month, so I reached out for an update and mentioned that the lack of attention and communication of my needs and policies is why I’m looking for a new provider, I asked if this situation would be any indication of what I should expect working with them and if so, I’ll continue shopping elsewhere. Sara’s response was short and obvious she didn’t want to help me from the start “ [Sara S] You are welcome to continue shopping for your commercial quotes - take care” pretty disappointed and my boyfriend was beside himself when I explained to him my experience with the agency. Apparently, only simple easy money making policies is all they’re willing to put effort into. You are better off elsewhere.

  Rory and his team are very dedicated to their clients and they always go the extra mile to get things right even when corporate decisions drag down the process. They devise plans, they figure out options and they get things done at the best price possible for the client.

  I'm not even sure if they are in business anymore. I've been trying to reach them for weeks after a promised call return never happened. No notice of possible closure or anything
