- MSMark SantamariaMay 27, 20231.0Very bizarre experience with this agent. My prior agent referred me to Rory, who was enthusiastic and helpful at first. He told me he would get me a quote and coverage in a few days and he didn’t get back to me. After a couple weeks I called his office on two different occasions and the person I spoke to said Rory would get back to me. A couple days later I tried his personal cell he once provided me and he would not respond to texts or return my calls, as he had before. I ended up seeking out a different agent. Not exactly professional, thorough, or respectful behavior from Rory and his office. I’ve never had an issue with any previous Allstate agent so this was very disappointing.
