- AWAllie WilliamsDec 17, 20251.0The rates are competitive, but the customer experience quickly changes once you need to file a claim. After hitting a deer, I’ve spent nearly a month dealing with inconsistent communication and long delays from various parties within State Farm. Despite this, they are quick to insist the delays are not on State Farm’s end. The process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend.

Daniel and his team don't answer the phones and won't call you back. Rates keep increasing and they can't explain why. On the rare occasion they do answer, its a receptionist that says they're new and can't help with what you need. They'll say they will call you back with info but it never happens.
