- AWAllie WilliamsDec 17, 20251.0The rates are competitive, but the customer experience quickly changes once you need to file a claim. After hitting a deer, I’ve spent nearly a month dealing with inconsistent communication and long delays from various parties within State Farm. Despite this, they are quick to insist the delays are not on State Farm’s end. The process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend.
- PTPetersburg TugJul 4, 20241.0In the last few months my experience with Daniel and his team has been horrific. I needed to make a change to my insurance and called and got the thumbs up. Then I find out 3 weeks later my vehicle (which I’d been driving!) was taken OFF insurance instead. I had to handle that through their 1-800 number as they wouldn’t return many a call. Most recently I put my vehicles on suspension for the month I was away and I got a random email from his team saying they put my vehicles BACK on active status two weeks in (which of course I had to handle through the 1-800 number and never received a return email to my shocked reply email to Corbin’s office). Every call I’ve made (during daytime hours!) has been patched to the State Farm 1-800 number in the last few MONTHS. You can’t even leave a message. Need I go on? Cuz there’s more. Just ONE of those things is enough to go elsewhere. I’ve switched agents. This office doesn’t deserve your business.
