I called Bethany’s office not really certain what I needed to do to file said claim, and both Bethany and her team have been so incredibly helpful throughout what has turned into a 6 month process. When the first body shop informed me they couldn’t do the repairs as promised, Bethany got me in with a second body shop within less than 24 hours. She and her team have repeatedly handled multiple rental car reservations, claim tasks, and other issues that could have easily required hours spent on hold speaking to multiple “representatives”. I don’t think the insurance industry is well known for great customer service, so I’m going to fully credit Bethany’s office team for choosing to provide what feels like concierge service for their customers… it has been very much appreciated!
