  I was able to go into the office in person, so I did. I canceled my policy a week before I needed to renew it and I was still sent a bill in the mail saying I owed them money when I pay all of my bills in full. When contacting a representative over the weekend I was assured not to have to worry about it, when I received an email two days into the week saying I still had a balance due. When I called I was also told I had even more money due than what was sent in that email.. no, I've been with these people for 2 years maybe even more than that end always paid everything in full. I asked for one late fee to be removed and was told no so I went to a broker and found not only the same coverage but even better coverage for $135 cheaper.. who won't ding me every time I need a tow, and then lie to my face saying it's not the reason my premiums went up. I was told that an office manager was as high as the ranks go when it came to taking care of this issue, which anybody over the age of 25 knows that's completely trash information. Her name isn't on the side of the building, and the whole reason I got this insurance broker is because I knew him from a previous job. I looked at these people as good people because they had ( what I thought was the same until now at least) family values as I did especially when it came to my core values with the Lord. Now I just see that they are greedy corporate nobody's that are going after people who they think are weak and they can get away with it. I assure you if this balance, although small but still not paying it.. goes to collections, I will make sure of it that my lawyer goes for full advantages at this point. I would never recommend this company to people after the way that I was treated.

  Great customer service with Donovan & Dan. The additional benefits with Allstate are incomparable. I switched from a local State Farm agent and I’m relieved to have an agent who actually cares. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼👍🏼
