They sounded very unknowledgeable, told my mom to “call Medicare” for Part A and B enrollment (this is incorrect, Medicare told us to call the SSA who handles enrollment). They were very quick and you could tell they just wanted to get onto the next caller. very little explanations on anything.

High pressure sales does not work for me and I assure everyone I never experienced that. Prior to working with Holt I felt a lot of apprehension as there are so many insurance providers and plans the process was overwhelming to me. Holt relieved me of all apprehension and calmly laid out the plans I needed and patiently worked with me thru My decisions. I’ll sleep well tonight knowing a pro has my back! A 10 Star experience.
