  Worst insurance experience I’ve ever had. Andy lies directly to your face and doesn’t follow through when you request to cancel a policy. I am still in an ongoing fight with him and his office about thousands of dollars that both he and Allstate owe me. I’ve had multiple phone conversations with Andy personally, only for him to tell me he’s “in a fighting mood” and then leave me hanging with no resolution, no updates, and no returned calls. Completely unprofessional and dishonest.
