- BBb bFeb 25, 20261.0Ashley has consistently called my husband while he is at work, even though I have told her to please call me as I can handle any business. She doesn’t really return my calls in a timely manner and we’ve never met Steve nor asked for our business to be switched to his agency. We are moving our business to another State Farm agent. I will say that Morgan was very kind and sweet when she answered the phone.
