- MGMichael GreenDec 14, 20251.0I should have left this review last year. I had insurance through State Farm by agent Ricky Price in Senatobia. They ran my driving record which showed two accidents (one not my fault and did not go through with the claim) from my previous insurer National Wide. While having them, I had to get two windshields replaced because State Farm does not repair chipped windshields. 7 months later, I get a call from them stating that they are dropping me. When asked why it was because I had too many claims. I told them that it was just two windshields which is filed under comprehensive and should not count. They then proceeded to tell me that it was the accidents on my driving record! They knew about those accidents when they signed me on!! Why not deny me then!?! I will NEVER EVER use State Farm again!! “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there,” BULL CRAP!! They treat you like a bad neighbor that you see on Discovery ID “Fear Thy Neighbor!” This agent is nothing but a scammer!! PS. Do NOT use their drive and save program! I honestly believe they used that to determine to drop me as well!!!
