- SHSara HarrisMar 31, 20265.0I had the pleasure of being helped by Logan today. He was amazing and so helpful! Logan made sure to go over every step more than once, just to make sure everything was on the right track and make sure I’m getting exactly what I need in home and vehicle insurance . He was so patient with me, as I am working and going back and forth between customers. I was able to switch over to State Farm Insurance today, and they have absolutely wonderful rates. I cannot recommend another insurance agent better than Logan at Ron Robinson State Farm.
- BMBMW MEJan 13, 20261.0State Farm insurance and Ron Robinsons office is Saltillo suck! State Farm did not renew my work comp coverage in October 2024 so I got new insurance somewhere else. April 2025 State Farm renews the policy and back dates it to 2024 and says I owe $779. I called Ron’s office and he will not return my call. Spoke to 3 ppl in his office who can’t get any answers but the agent wont call his client Today I get a call from a collection agency that State Farm has turned me over to. I have filed a compliant with the state insurance commission and looking for a lawyer to file a suit. I had a 840 credit score.
