  Great customer service! Helped me find a wind and hail insurance carrier that was much cheaper with comparable coverage than the MS Windstorm policy I was using.

  I received an advertisement letter from the agency and decided to give them a call to get some comparison costs to my current coverage. I'm glad I did - they saved me some money on my homeowner's insurance. Chaisty was great to work with. She answered all of my questions, made appropriate revisions to the coverage as we went through the process. And, best of all, I didn't feel pressured at all to make a purchase.

  Amazing how responsive they are when seeking you as a new customer. Also quick at wanting a review written. They are great at taking your money but not great when you want updates for a new policy year. It was like pulling teeth to see how much higher this year would be knowing full well that the rates for flood, wind, hail, homeowners and auto would go up. We shopped early suspecting same. Knew they would drag their feet thinking you would just renew at the higher rates. Nope! Found a new company at SUBSTANTIALLY less cost with BETTER coverage. Highly recommend people shop before renewal time to see who has the best deal. Mississippi is expensive! Now we'll see if we get our money back for the days they didn't cover us. Then, just get ready to go through this again in a year. Little scary seeing how unresponsive companies can be for renewals. Hate to see what happens if you have a claim.
