I emailed all my information to this agent in batesville, and she assured me that my insurance would restore to the previous discount. As the month went by, I never got the discount so I continued to pay the higher amount. On yesterday, I was in Walmart in Oxford, Mississippi and I ran across a nice woman sitting at the desk at the direct insurance office located inside of Walmart. her name was Brittany Bond, I told her of what had happened and she instantly got on it, she had me to forward the email to her and to give her the information that was needed to restore my discount. She even followed up with me the next day and confirmed everything was placed back on my account. Thank you Britney and thank you direct for employing people that take the time out and really do do what they say they are doing to help the customers. Good job Britney you work awesome!

Most others just glaze over the basics and offer free towing (and then refuse to payout when stuff happens). Antoinette Jeffries hooked me up with everything I know I will need for a great price. Everything I got was explained clearly and one at a time so that I could make a knowledgeable choice, and still done in a timely manner that I was in and out to get the rest of my day done. They’re a friendly bunch in their lil nook of Walmart. If you want an auto insurance that knows the everyday driver’s unpredictable road needs, DAI is the best one to have.
