- BSBarbara SmithNov 1, 20231.0The level of unprofessionalism that I have received from this company is beyond belief. I have been trying to get a policy canceled since 10/13. It is is 11/1 and no one seems to have a clue what to do to cancel it. I have spoken to 7 different people at different times and they all say that it is another department’s responsibility and they can’t make changes without the agency. The agency says they can’t make the changes because they don’t have access to my policy. This is the worst experience that I’ve ever had with an insurance agency.
